Such a beautiful and fun hotel. The kids loved the Waterpark and we spent several hours there. Even adults are able to go down the slides. Free breakfast was also great included pancakes and scrambles eggs and sausage
Spent one night in mid-November. Check-in service was friendly and efficient and I was allowed to check in 30 minutes early. The room was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. I used the fitness center which was small but provided what I needed. The most surprising feature of this location is the indoor water slide park. There are two large slides (one tunnel and one open top) suitable for all ages and one kiddie slide. The tunnel slide was quite zippy for a hotel water slide. There was also a hot tub in the water park. I used the park at 8:45 pm and there were few others there at that time. Breakfast was adequate. I wish this chain didn't use plastic cups and utensils for its breakfast service. Price was $122 for the night before taxes. I would stay here again if in the area.
great for bringing the kiddos. they loved the waterpark. perfect location as everything is close by with lots to do! staff was nice, room was clean. we’ll come back again!

Always a loyal customer of the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was exceptional with different menus every day. The location is great as well. The room was clean. The staff up front are lovely. Their breakfast goes till late which is amazing. It is walkable and safe. There are many restaurants. Few issues specific to this location- housekeeping had AirPods in and was talking very loudly outside our room in the hallway for over 30 mins at around 7:30AM until I popped my head out because I was confused about which guest it was… only to discover it was a staff leaning against their large trolley. It was a young man in his 20-30’s speaking in a foreign language. He moved but stared back & didn’t seem apologetic. He continued his whole shift speaking loudly on the phone until 10am etc. would recommend lower conversation voice & avoiding this in hallways.
Ive stayed here a couple of times and I rather like this hotel. The suites are huge and very nice. The bed was comfortable and I was able to get a real good night's sleep. The staff is great. I had a small issue with the TV in my room and it was handled quickly and professionally which I appreciated. The location is great right on 16. Lots of places to eat with in walking distance. I like this hotel quite a bit
We had a few issues because they are pet friendly. We love dogs but not barking late at night or 5 am. Also, while they boast toiletries etc, shampoo was not filled which I only discovered mid way through my shower. Also, TV constantly lost the station which we suspected was due to internet issues. Breakfast was only fair. Room was spacious and hot tub was nice. Location was a plus.
Awesome hotel! Went with family of 4 and we had a great time. The hotel is nice, the breakfast is good, and the staff is very helpful. The pool area is great for the kids and never got too crowded during our stay. Would 100% stay here again next time we are in North Conway.
